If DiskAid responds an error while entering your registration key, please:
If you are using a proxy or any other network security measure, disconnect the computer prior to your next registration attempt. Once registered you can reconnect your computer normally, no worries.
@Rosechaperon: ...a scam!? This is a serious comment, no we're not scammers, just open a support ticket.
@ Amanda: we need to see which version and key you use, those are periodically renewed...
The first thing to do is to download the latest version and obtain the latest registration key from :http://www.digidna.net/lost-key
OMG this is the 3rd software I purchased for the same reason and they all seemed to be a scam, I cannot seem ti register this product.
I did the changes in my browser configuration and I can't register the product, please help me asap.
the message display is "wrong registration key ! Make sure you enter the registration key we sent you via email"
Hey Gerardo, you can check out Rory's answer to your ticket - but basically there is a confusion here as DiskAid is not available though the Mac App Store.
What we have in the App Store is for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch:
Both get installed (for free or a fee) and fully licensed automatically according tot he Apple App Store licensing terms.
Further, if you were to use DiskAid in conjunction with FileApp what you should know s that the file transfer function that you would require to connect to the app and transfer files with does not require a fee or a license, it free in DiskAid!
HI , I didn´t receive yet any information about my ID number to proceed the registration. I bought by apple store and you sent me a Your ticket reference is : #16059 and happed nothing to do it.
By the other side the product is great. work well and I am satisfy \\rds
