If DiskAid responds an error while entering your registration key, please:
- Download and install the very latest available DiskAid version.
- Obtain the latest issue in Registration Key for your software.
- Make sure you have no active firewall rule or proxy setting avoiding DiskAid to access external servers.
If you are using a proxy or any other network security measure, disconnect the computer prior to your next registration attempt. Once registered you can reconnect your computer normally, no worries.
